A beautiful brand new casa for rent on the sea. We are 15 minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Cayo. We are at the Mirador San Jose on a fully secure site with a very large pool, a restaurant and small grocery store run by Quebecers.

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. Everything is fully air conditioned. Our beds are queens with orthopedic mattresses and duvets for your comfort. We have a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher so you can cook up delicious meals with family or lovers. In order to enjoy our beautiful sunsets, we have a roof terrace that is perfect to take a drink and share a meal because there is a gaz BBQ plus a table and 6 chairs and a parasol.

We also have another set of patio on the ground floor on a fully landscaped. You also have access to a 42-inch Smart TV and a Bose Waves reader with Bluetooth connection and CD player. We have WI-FI if you so wish. The living room and kitchen are also air-conditioned. In addition, several other little touches await.
